Be sure about your work permit status as a student.
Most student visas allow you to work as an international student. The number of hours varies from country to country but usually, you get at least 20 hours a week officially this number usually increases during the summer. It is always good to be familiar with the rules in the country you live in. It can make your quest for making that money easier.

Tutoring
You do not necessarily need teaching certification to be a tutor. If you have good grades, and proof that you have and get good grades, many parents would be more than happy to have you tutor their children. Especially in a country where English is not native to them, you could teach English. This is also a nice way to learn about different cultures and socialise. Extra points if you tutor students in your faculty.
Babysitting
If you can be trusted around kids. They love you and you have a good time with them as well, why not make money from it? You get to do something you love while earning money. When planned properly, it will not affect your academics you might even get an alternative place to study outside of your dorm and your university for free.
